Failure to file on time triggers a late penalty of $50 per month per boiler. Failure to file at all triggers a $1,000 per boiler penalty — plus the original inspection obligation remains.

What NYC Annual Boiler Inspection Covers

A DOB-compliant annual boiler inspection examines:
